I hiked Kaplan’s yesterday a lot of ice out there. The trails south facing are free of ice and snow. They will take a while to get through the freeze thaw and firm up. When will the trails be open for riding you ask? A rule of thumb for us, is a week after trees start to bud the trails will be firm enough to ride. We will keep you updated on conditions and trail maintenance coming up this spring.
